Nothing Like A Fry Up From An Irish Mammy!

Had a sudden, sad trip home to Dublin last week. (Reason why I was MIA from here). While away, my epic 81 yo Mammy served up a fry-up for dinner on Saturday. Nothing like going home and having a fry up yer mammy made with some fresh Brennans. Sausages were done in an airfryer and now I just want an airfryer to cook sausages in.
We are SO jealous Niamph!
