My Dad R.I.P came from Mayo near to Shrule. Loved visiting Kilmaine for the shops
and walking to church as youngsters.
When we visited friends we would go drinking in Kilmaine, Ballinrobe.
My Dad's last visit was 2006 staying at Clifton.
I took a photo of him eating Bacon & Cabbage in the local pub in Cong. The Quite Man was his favourite.
