Dear Ireland,
You are the whisper in an old song, the warmth in a grandmother’s voice, the hush of mist over stone ruins. Your names carry stories older than memory — Síofra, Aoife, Clíodhna — not just letters, but echoes of myth and meaning. In every syllable, we find home. In every name, a heartbeat of heritage. Thank you for keeping the magic alive.

The milestone, confirmed by Met Éireann, marks only the second time ever that April temperatures have crossed 25°C. With sunshine bathing Dublin’s Burrow Beach and temperatures rivaling midsummer, we can’t help but wonder… are these rare April rays a sign of a golden summer ahead?

My daughter and I get a rental car at the airport and just drive. We been and seen so much on our own. We’ve been to Malin Head, had the freshest most delicious fish. Ulsters museum. Beautiful beaches, that we were the sole visitors. We met the friendliest people and were even invited to a private home with a small group of people, locals that served snacks while we listened to great stories and music. The welcome you receive from the Irish is unmatched. The bed & breakfasts run by families are the best in the world.
